Interview with People team

This initial interview takes between 30 and 45 min and can be via video or audio only.
You'll have a conversation with a member of our People team where you'll learn about Spare, ask any questions you might have, and talk about your previous experiences, skills and why Spare matches your career goals.
Stage 4

Assignment + Interview with the Partner Success team

You'll be asked to complete an assignment ahead of your interview.
During this will 45-minute interview with the team you'll discuss your assignment solution and the whys behind that solution.
Stage 5

Interview with the Hiring Manager

This will be a 45-minute behavioural interview, via video, with the Hiring Manager for this role. You'll be able to talk about your experience with customer success, your career goals and why you connect to what we're doing at Spare. As always, this is an opportunity for you to meet someone new at Spare and also to ask any questions that you might have.
Stage 6

Final interview

This will be a 30-minute interview with one of our executive members.
Stage 7

Background and references

As part of the selection process at Spare, we ask all prospective hires to complete criminal background and reference checks through a third-party provider.
